car rental company Bulvar Autorent, according to which members
travelling to Estonia from now on benefit from 25% discount off the
published rental rates.
The cars can be hired with or without a driver and used in all
the Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania). The car fleet
is new, the service is of high quality and the prices are very
competitive.
Please ask for Hotel Express price while making reservation. A
valid HEI card should be presented upon signing the rental
