It is an excellent website if you are planning to travel
to far-flung areas and want practical medical information
about infectious disease symptoms and methods of avoiding
illness.
They have also included a jet lag calculator that let you
know the ordinary jetlag symptoms as well as advice on how
to reduce your jetlag.
