We advise all Hotel Express International members to register
their profile on our web page. Go to
www.hotel-express.com and click on either the gold card
activation link or the silver card activation link. These options
are to be found in the menu in the blue column on the left hand
side.
Once you have registered your profile you will have easier
access to hotel reservations as well as access to all the extra
benefits, such as car rental, flight discount and many more
available to members.
When it comes to hotel reservations, taking the time to
register your profile will simplify the reservation process
because your profile will contain your contact details so you will
not need to supply this each time to the Hotel Express
International reservation office.
Some hotels are only bookable online and require you to log in to
access them. Among these hotels are the 5,000 member hotels in the
USA which offers our members a 10% discount off their best
available unrestricted web rate.
There is one thing you need to remember when you have an online
profile with us. The profile is only valid for as long as the
membership you have registered is valid. Please remember to update
your HEI number in your profile when you receive a new membership
card from your Hotel Express International agent.
To update your Hotel Express International membership you need
to log in with your username and password and simply click on "Update
HEI number" and fill in the new number and confirm with your
password.
The link to update your HEI number is found in the menu on the
right hand side. This menu also contains links to My bookings,
Edit profile and Change password. Below you see a picture of what
the menu look like.
New Hotel Express offices
Hotel Express International is proud to announce the launch of
2 new offices covering the territories of Cameroon and Switzerland
& Liechtenstein.
The new agents will assist members in their countries with
reservations for travels abroad as well as answer any questions
their members and member hotels may have.
