International makes another step towards the future as we now
launch our new and improved booking service on our website
www.hot-ex.com.
The launch is a
significant event in the Hotel Express history. As more and
more travel agents move online, travellers get more used to
browsing the web in the search for discounted accommodation.
Our members are used to big discounts on hotel rooms and we
are now introducing a faster way for them to book via the web.
The new booking service will be launched in two stages. The
first part is already online, and includes a new password
protected members area and an improved booking form. After the
initial membership validation the member's profile will be
stored, significantly reducing the time it takes to perform
future booking requests on the web.
Later this year the transition will be complete as several of
our member hotels will be continuously added to the system and
thereby available for instant online reservation, meaning that
members will receive booking confirmation just a few seconds
after sending their request.
Our booking offices will of course still be available via
telephone and e-mail.
