the beginning of the 19th century, Argentina declared it’s
independence from Spain.
This marked the start of the settlement of ranches in the
whole country. Ranches, small palaces elegantly furnished
in English or French style, became weekend houses with amenities

Hunting and polo were the most popular sports and attracted
a great number of people.
