The ancient construction of  'Vico delle Monachette', dating back to 1580, housed the convent of the "Teresiane scalze". The building still conserve the structure of the ancient church, which can be seen particularly in the ancient features. For instance the original big windows facing the courtyard and a section of external big frame of 150 meters.

The original construction was modified by the patrician "Maddalena Centuriona" who in 1840  founded a school, which remained until 1849.

Today restructured, the hotel reflects the inns of other times in the heart of old Genova. The rooms are pleasant and luminous, with modern furnishing.
