2. What will it cost to become an exclusive distributor for Hotel Express International?

A: This is a question that is not possible to answer on a general basis. Hotel Express will have to look into what country you are looking at, and to find out about the possibilities and potential for selling the product in this area.

3. Will I have to sell a certain number of cards per year?

A: Normally you have to do so, but this will depend on what kind of agreement is negotiated, and cannot be answered on a general basis.

4. Can I choose freely which country I would like to represent?

A: Hotel Express has quite a few exclusive distributors and these countries can of course not be chosen. In order to get updated information on this, we recommend that you contact Hotel Express Head Office to find out. There might be terminations coming up or other issues that are not published on any web site or listings.

5. Is being an exclusive distributor the only way of representing Hotel Express?

6. How do I sell Hotel Express in the most efficient way?

A: Most of the Hotel Express offices are based on telesales directed at the business market. Some countries may find it more generating to operate on field sales basis. It would be wise to find out as much as possible about how your market / territory would welcome the various methods and make your choice accordingly.

7. What equipment is required to get an office started?

A: Efficient communication with the Head Office and the world in general as well as access to telephone, fax machine and a computer with Office 2000 Professional installed is required.

8. What do I get when I sign up as a distributor?

A: By purchasing exclusive rights, you will benefit from all the material we have available. Including; Style Guide both soft and hard copy, HEI 2000 (software that includes our complete database of participating hotels, reservation tool, invoicing, sales registration etc…) The Head Office will assist on signing up new hotels in your country. You will also be offered a free web site under our domain; www.hotel-express.com. And of  course no one else will have permission to sell memberships in your country.

9. What kind of persons are you looking for as distributors?

A: One must  have the necessary finances to invest in the business as well as a creative and innovative mind. Honesty is also an important factor and that one is willing to give 100% in order to reach the goals set out by yourself and the Head Office.

10. Is there any business in opening a Hotel Express office?

A: If you invest some time and money and can afford to be a bit patient, there are great possibilities of an incoming business. The expression; ‘the sky is the limit…’ describes it well
