- Choose a hotel from our list of online hotels. Look for the green online reservation button. –

- You must be registered as a valid cardholder on our website.
- Log in using your username and password.
- Follow instructions and complete the online form.
- Your reservation will be made in real time.

If you need assistance for abroad travels, you may use our e-mail reservation
form free of charge.

- Search for preferred
hotel
- Click on the booking
icon for the chosen hotel to enter the secure booking form and
complete it.
- The reservation will
be handled Monday to Friday from 08.30 to 16.00 CET. Your local office
will contact you to confirm your reservation.

that we accept only actual bookings. For price inquires please
call your local office.

Reservation

- Ask
for Reservations, or send your request to the attention of the
Reservation department at the hotel.
- Remember
to present yourself as a Hotel Express member when contacting the
hotel.
- Give the dates and the
preferred room type.
- Ask
if the discount is available and make them confirm the price to you.
