1.
Relationship. In the context of this agreement,
you are referred to herein as an affiliate. You agree not to:
(a) mislead others;
(b) operate or utilize a web site or e-mail link to web sites that contain
or promote, any of these types of content: libelous, defamatory, obscene,
abusive, violent, bigoted, hate-oriented, illegal, cracking, hacking or
warez, or that offers any illegal good or service, or link to a Web site(s)
that do so; and/or
(c) engage in spamming, indiscriminate advertising or unsolicited
commercial e-mail.
2.
Sales. You shall not cause any sales, leads or clicks
to be made that are not in good faith, including, but not limited to,
using any device, program, robot, Iframes, hidden frames, JavaScript popup
windows and redirects.
3.
Links. As an affiliate you shall establish links from the
affiliates web site to Hotel Express International's web site www.hot-ex.com
4.
Promotion. Affiliates grants Hotel Express
International a license to use affiliate's name and web page as a client
reference in Hotel Express International advertising or marketing
promotional materials.
5.
Payment. When your account exceeds Hotel Express International's "Minimum Balance Amount
(US$35)", as set by Hotel
Express International from time to time, Hotel Express International will
transmit to you any positive balance in your account by the first day
following any month end. The number or amount of sales as calculated by
Hotel Express International shall be final and binding on you. If your
account hasn't exceeded the minimum balance, the existing amount will be transferred
to the next month. You will receive commission payment by bank or check.
6.
Terminating Licenses. Hotel Express International may
terminate this agreement immediately if Hotel Express International has
reasonable concerns that you/or your sub-affiliate may be diluting,
tarnishing or blurring the value of Hotel Express International
trademarks, service marks, and/or trade names.
